MAKER'S MARK® BBQ
SAUCE
This BBQ sauce is quick and easy to make, but the best part of it is how you make it your own.
ABOUT THIS RECIPE
Maker's Mark BBQ Sauce is a staple in the Star Hill Provisions® kitchen. The best part is, it's open to interpretation. So, in the spirit of the Samuels family, feel free to pursue your own taste vision. Add the elements that best suit your palate or the dish you're serving it with or just add the ingredients you have on hand. The only must-haves are a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce to use as the base and Maker's Mark Bourbon to help make it your own.

TIPS FOR GREAT
Maker's Mark®
BBQ Sauce
- SMOOTH FINISH
This one changed the way we think of bourbon, all because one man changed the way he thought about making it. Bill Samuels, Sr., simply wanted a whisky he would enjoy drinking. Never bitter or sharp, Maker's Mark is made with soft red winter wheat, instead of the usual rye, for a one-of-a-kind, full-flavored bourbon. To ensure consistency, we rotate every barrel by hand and age our bourbon to taste, not time. Each and every bottle of Maker's is still hand-dipped in our signature red wax at our distillery in Loretto, KY., just like Bill, Sr. would have wanted.
