STEP 1: MIX THE INGREDIENTS

Add all ingredients apart from champagne in a shaker with ice.

STEP 2: SHAKE IT UP

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute.

STEP 3: GIVE IT A SPRITZ

Top with champagne.

STEP 4: GARNISH

Garnish with lemon peel and cherry.
